Insurance and Payment

Medically necessary house calls are covered by most medical insurance. We accept Medicare and most Medicare Advantage Plans, MercyCare, SCAN, and PacifiCare Secure Horizons primaries, and most secondary insurance. We will soon be accepting Bridegeway, United Healthcare, HealthNet and Evercare as well. Patients may also pay privately.

Our staff can check your insurance to determine your eligibility and what your payment responsibilities are prior to being seen.
