Insurance and Payment

Medically necessary house calls are covered by most medical insurance. We accept Medicare and most Medicare Advantage Plans; Bridgeway, HealthNet, United Health Care, Evercare, and PacifiCare Secure Horizons primaries, and most secondary insurance. We are no longer accepting new Mercy Care or SCAN patients. Patients may also pay privately.

Our staff can check your insurance to determine your eligibility and what your payment responsibilities are prior to being seen.
