Geriatric Solutions was started in 2001 by Dr. Kevin Jackson, Geriatrician and his spouse Barbara to provide primary care services for home limited and geriatric patients in Maricopa County.

The goal was to keep our patients in their homes as long as possible where they're most comfortable, supporting them and their families with high-level medical care. Since then we have added many providers and staff eager to help keep frail elders healthy at home.

We manage all aspects of patients' health including diagnostic, medical equipment needs, safety in the home, specialist referrals, prescriptions, etc.
